Shining Hope was chosen by artist Jean Remy to join the Shining Forks project.

“I’ve always loved looking at an object until it tells me a new story, reuse things that have lost their original meaning, transforming an old function into a new fascination”

Jean Remy

How do you turn a dirty past into a bright future?

12 washing machine drums and 36 forks intended for the discharge were transformed into luminous objects. Now, 12 original lamps made from recycled materials are ready to support the construction of the Saint Bruno orphanage in Cameroon with our local partner ASEO.

There are still a few unique pieces left, but Jean Remy is ready to make as many as you want.

Take a look at https://www.jean-remy.com/shiningforks and pick the one you like the most. You will give light to waste materials and together with Shining Hope you will give light to the many street orphans in Cameroon.
